Hello Freinds- This last week produced many big walleyes in Sand Bay along the break above Birch Point. That trend is likely to continue as we have
the perfect current for it. Additionally the weather looks fairly consistent. As you can see by the pictures on our photo page we have some very happy customers. We have great ice and vehichles are starting to drive out of Crystal Bay from Rainy Lake Marina. As you may know we are trying to groom a family of customers that have their own gear. The advantage to us for encouraging self- guided trips is basically we have much less maintenance issues with equipment, houses, propane, etc. That is why we continue to offer some even better lodging rates for newsletter subscribers. To that end we will work with you to give you the best information possible to assure success on your trip. This past week we had two different groups that took our direction and then worked together and produced some fantastic results. Not only did they build some camraderie but they caught some big fish, the biggest being a 29" walleye caught by Kevin Jason of Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Whether y
ou're after crappies, pike or walleye you can count on us to give you our very best information. For those of you that have stayed with us you know about our wonderful accomondations with full kitchens, bathrooms, linens, towels, heated fishcleaning room and more. For those of you that haven't yet stayed with us you will be pleasantly surprised. It would be great to see more people check out our blog on the heading of our home page. At some point soon, maybe even today, we will create a "button" similar to the "newsletter button" on the home page. We need to hear back from you so we know how we are doing with the news letter and how we can make it better.
